Milling is all we do. We buy grain, clean it, mill it and bag it on our own plant at S.I.T.E. Phase II — nothing sent out, nothing sub-contracted, which is why the grain in the bag is the grain we bought.
From truck to bag, under one roof
Cleaning, dehulling, splitting, grading and bagging all happen on our own plant. The grain is weighed in on our kanta and weighed out again as finished bags.
Intake
Truck weighed on the kanta, sample drawn, moisture and foreign matter checked before offloading.
Cleaning
Destoner and sieves take out dust, stones, straw and undersize grain.
Conditioning
Grain is prepared so the husk lifts cleanly and the pulse splits whole rather than breaking.
Dehulling & splitting
Husk comes off as chilka, bran as atti, and the grain splits into two clean halves.
Grading
Sorted by size and colour so every bag of a grade looks like the last one.
Bagging
Weighed, stitched, lot-marked and stacked in the godown against the buyer’s order.
Built so nothing goes unaccounted for
A mill either knows what happened to every kilo that came through the gate, or it finds out at year-end. We chose the first.
Own weighbridge
Every vehicle in and out crosses our own kanta. No third-party weight disputes.
Every pile tracked
Each pile of raw grain is followed from intake to the last bag out, so any batch can be traced back to the load it came from.
Covered godown storage
Finished goods stacked on dunnage, bagged and lot-marked, ready for same-day loading.
Flour unit on site
Our own split feeds the besan line — we are not buying flour in and putting our name on it.
Our own systems
Intake, production, stock and accounts run on software built for this mill, not on a pile of spreadsheets. It is why we can answer a question about a six-month-old consignment while you are still on the phone.

At intake
Moisture, foreign matter and damaged grain checked on a drawn sample before a truck is offloaded. A load that fails goes back.
During milling
Every pile is measured against what it should have given. A pile that drifts is corrected while it is still running.

Grade confirmed against the order, bag weights verified, and the vehicle weighed out on our kanta.
